Some tips from successful sellers:

Time of event of from 7:00am till 1:00pm

1. Make sure items are clean and in good condition.

2. If selling appliances, user manuals are a plus.

3. Making Change- Do not break $50 or $100 bill. Do not accept a check, Use Venmo or Zelle if you have the application on your phone. Get change from the bank: $10, $5, $1 and quarters.

4. Group items together or in boxes.

5. Hang clothes if you can or hang large items. Price items in advance if you can or put like priced items together. Know the value of your items. Check prices online to give a value range.

6. Make Signs if your house is on a side street. Make them in LARGE BOLD DARK THICK LETTERS so they are easy to read from a moving vehicle.

7. Be firm on some prices of “Valuable” items. Use good sense on bargains for volume sales.

8. Your driveway and yard is your store to sell. Use folding tables to display bins, boxes etc..
