Property Improvements

Improvements to your property fall into two categories, "maintenance" and "modifications".

Maintenance
Basic repair to fences, retouching exterior paint or stain with the the existing color or re-shingling the roof with the same color and type shingle. >> more information

Modification
Encompasses all other changes, such as new paint color, construction, pools, patio covers, changes to landscaping, sprinkler installation, etc. This page also contains the submission standards for fences, patios, playscapes. >> more information

• Basketball Goals - may not be permanently installed. Must be the portable type.
• Treehouses - treehouses are not permitted.
